CARE has reaffirmed the rating of the lower Tier - II bonds issued by the Dhanlaxmi Bank as Care BB+; Stable.
Moreover, the bank has repaid the Upper Tier-II Bond issue in full and there is no outstanding under the said issue as on date. Taking cognizance of this, CARE has withdrawn the rating of Upper Tier -II Bonds with immediate effect.
Shares of Dhanlaxmi Bank are trading at Rs 13.43, up Rs 0.13, or 0.98% at the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) on Tuesday at 12:25 p.m.
The scrip has touched an intra-day high of Rs 13.90 and low of Rs 13.02. The total volume of shares traded at the BSE is 125,776.
In the earlier session, the shares climbed 4.31%, or Rs 0.55, at Rs 13.30.
Currently, the stock is trading down 17.15% from its 52-week high of Rs 17.93 and above 81% over the 52-week low of Rs 7.42.
